This certificate acts as a deposit towards a tattoo and falls under my usual deposit policies. That means they are good for one year after being paid for, and are only active for 1-2 reschedules that are made 48 hours before the appt. The use of this deposit is also contingent on the recipient and I agreeing to a tattoo that is in my wheelhouse.
